Gentlemen, we have a couple of ‘Lost pilots’ enquiries at the moment.

Can any readers help with info on this rather long list of pilots, all are known to have been with 403Sq RCAF. between D-Day 6th June & 10th October 1944.

F/O. J.D.Orr. F/L..E.C. Williams, F/O.R.B. Green, F/O. R. Reeves,
F/O. D.J.Shapter, F/O.W.H. Rhodes, F/O. F.W.Thompson,
F/O. G.R.Nadon, F/O. H.V.Boyle, F/L. J.E.Collier, F/L. C.T.Brown,
Sgt. J.R.Forsythe, F/O. S.A.Tosh, F/O. N.Brunton, F/O. F.W.Shonson,
F/L. A.H.Sagar F/L. W.J.Hill P/O J.G.Makaskill F/O. R.M.Tegerdine,
F/L. L.P. Commerford. The two pilots mentioned below, were both shot down on 17th August, evaded capture and returned to allied lines, F/O. M.L.Garland, and F/O. G.R.Weber,
There is a well known photo shown in ‘Wing Leader’ by ‘Johnnie’ Johnson, of Tegerdines Spitfire ‘on a Brussels rooftop’ would also like serial of this machine.
